What Matters Film Premiere

Sadie here, your friendly, neighborhood MD!

I have the privilege of knowing some super talented people in Columbia, and some of them made a movie right here in our city!

I was given the opportunity to do an advanced screening at my house, and I was super honored to see such a great local independent film! I am super excited to announce that I will be attending the premiere of the film on March 24, and I hope you’ll join me!

The Red-Carpet Premiere for the feature film What Matters  will be showcased at Spotlight Cinema movie theater at 527 St. Andrews Rd. Columbia, SC 29210 on March 24th, 2018 at 9:00pm and a talkback will immediately follow with the cast and crew. Advanced tickets can be currently purchased at whatmattersthefilm.com and there will be limited VIP tickets available.

Written and directed by Andrew Gajadhar, this film is a raw approach of addressing several social issues that people daily face. It follows a young man in transition before heading off to college. In addition to the constant pressure of his best friend wanting him to become an activist like him, because of current issues in society, his family is also faced with other social issues that inadvertently lead all of them to think about what really matters in life to make the right decisions.
